When we left off with Alice, we saw that we could create programs that used the methods we had created in different ways. Same set of methods, but used in ways to give different outcomes. We both ordered them differently, and called the same method more than once. Now let's learn how we can make a method act differently by changing the values of its parameters!
Navigator, you will open up ourOnline Bookand themodule questions. Save the questions as a copy and insert both partners' names, the date, and your teacher's name where indicated.
Driver, you will open upthis Alice worldand Save it as:LastName-FirstInitial-LastName-FirstInitial-Dancers. Insert two lines of comments:
// First Name Last Name, First Name Last Name, Sweetwater High School
// Purpose: Make a dance method that takes parameters to vary the dancer.
Do not do anything else with the world until the Navigator tells you to.
Navigator, begin reading the first few pages with vocabulary and background information to your partner. Alert the driver when they should begin making changes to your program.
